Customer Service Representative
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 CXC O’Levels, Mathematics and English
Language compulsory.
- 2 - 3 years experience in a Sales/Customer Service Environment.
- Professional Training programme in Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service
will be an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
Job Responsibilities:
- Telephone support
when customers call for marketing and technical information.
- Provide timely quotations
with proper descriptions and pricing information.
- Work in collaboration
with the Logistic Department for guidance on current pricing and shipping
times.
- Follow up on quotes,
skillfully communicating with prospective customers to determine the competitiveness
of the quote and the Company’s ability to meet their requirements.
- Arrange meetings
for the Sales Reps to follow up on the enquiries.
- Develop a telemarketing
relationship to determine sales leads.
- Provide customers
with updates on their purchase orders through e-mail or telephone contact.
- Prepare invoices
for all charged items and Proforma Invoices for enquiries.
- Complete and update
weekly sales reports.

Project Assistant
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 Years Experience in Project Management
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Related Field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Design presentations and promotional literature in conjunction with the
projects staff to target potential system users.
- Oversee and coordinate the documentation (document control) and processes
both at bid proposal and at implementation stage.
- Assist with the coordination of all work with sub-contractors on projects.
- Liaise with the customers and skillfully communicate information related
to project proposals and implementation.
- Assist projects staff based in remote locations and serve as liaison between
sales staff and office staff.
- Oversee the entire process of projects and track the progress of all projects.
- Maintain a database and filing system of all projects.

Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 Years minimum Engineering Experience

- Design Fire & Gas Detection Systems (both onshore & offshore)
- Design Emergency Breathing Airline Systems
- Use MS Project to provide work schedules, milestones, etc.
- Implement & Supervise project work from inception to completion/handover
- Prepare & Furnish documents for Tendering requirements – quotation,
design, data sheets, variations, etc. during bidding
- Prepare CAD drawing of electrical loops, equipment layout, etc.
